Exactly How It Happened

Anticipation.

How it always ends up.

The mystery shoveler-- really it's only Bobby with a Romanian rabbit fur hat he loves... I just wonder what the neighbors think.

We're smart--we stay inside where it's warm.

Somehow unpacking the garage never happened. Again.

Snow dinner.

Post dinner run.

And back again.

Haha, Wade has a hat just like that, except I think his is a Russian mink hat, so not the same, but close. :)

At least that stuff looks clean. I am working of Genevieve to not eat the snow. Last time we got a little, she found a florescent yellow scoop to eat. I moved as fast as I could to get over to her as the whole while she is saying "Ummm, yummy!"

Thanks! I just have a Canon Rebel Xsi, although I would love to get my hands on a 7D. I usually use a 50mm/f1.4 for my portrait pictures. The "background" is just a reflector that also has black and white surfaces. If you have any questions, just shoot me an email! aliciahinrichs at gmail.com

LOL...yes, that's always how it ends up. :) Looks like fun! Although I am so glad it was not us. :)

I have to say, those little twins are looking more like you everyday!

I love the photo of Caroline running in the snow. Hope you're staying warm in all that white!

you should make maple syrup candy! have you done that before? it's something I always wanted to do when we live din NY and i always forgot. just google maple syrup snow candy, and some good links come up. you pour boiling syrup over snow, and it kind of turns it into taffy.
