Baking Day


This week's "healthy snack" that Caroline and I made on Baking Day (Monday) was a huge success, thanks to the awesome book Bobby got for my birthday, Whole Grain Baking. So it is Maple Granola--everyone loved it, especially Amy and Meredith (who were visiting from NYC), who struggle finding dairy/soy free treats. Try it out. It is great because the only sweetener is pure maple syrup. Be prepared, it has so much whole grain that 1/2 cup of it has 19 grams of whole grain which is 1/3 of your daily whole grain needs.

Sounds so yummy!! :) I hope I can call in the next day or two! The voice is back! :) I feel like we have been running nonstop this week.

(I also knew it was you instead of Bobby posting, but it was so funny to see his name!)
